Forgejo is a rat race
I recently tried every self hosted git server. I was set on seeing how Forgejo worked as it's the current fad. First of all the changelog for v13 was just spectacularly voluminous. How could a project have this many entires of all types.

- avoid expensive SQL for org home
- improve Go lexer
- if OAuth2 is disabled return 'Not found' for openid configuration
